kəˌlabəˈrāSH(ə)n/ is a series of ongoing 2-4 week collaborations resulting in a limited edition zine. Parameters for each zine are determined by both collaborators.

absences & presences is a collaborative zine by Pablo Sierra and Shari Diamond

This zine consists of a conversation with images. As previously agreed upon, Pablo Sierra started off the process by sending Shari Diamond the first image of this zine. Every subsequent photograph was a response to the previous one. Each collaborator had 48 hours to respond and could include a short text with their image.

myths & monsters  is a collaborative zine by Anney Bonney and Shari Diamond

This zine started as a chronological dialog between images made and exchanged from 11.02 to 11.15.16. We based our original parameters loosely on finding / making a daily photograph rather than aiming towards defining a theme. We assumed it would evolve.

Anney Bonney sent the first photograph to Shari Diamond. Each one that followed was a response to its predecessor. The tone shifted after 11.09. Political climate change hacked the context. The theme named itself. Looking back, some of the images were cryptic foreshadowing, some were autonomous metaphors, some were direct response. Together they are something like stages of socio-political recovery: warning, disbelief, trauma, grieving and LOVE/HOPE/LOVE as collective action.
